Ficus Bonsai Starter (Assorted) – Medium

This current stock of Ficus Bonsai starters is Ficus Retusa (Tiger Bark), which feature aged appearing bark which displays the unique charm of the Fig tree. Some branching is ready to be shaped if you want to plan long term styling. Classic and hardy tropical bonsai, check out ‘Fig Bonsai’ images online for inspiration. Your tree will develop incredibly large if placed in a larger pot over time, and this stock is well and truly ready for moving to larger pots. Tree supplied is in a 150mm growing pot. Ficus also will display best when branches are cut back low on the trunk. This will allow for development of new growth and create a fuller tree. Always use quality Bonsai scissors.
